If you have to return an item because it is defective or has been delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and refund the costs for the return. In this case, please contact our support team.

 

For items that have been clearly worn or washed, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price and exchanges are also excluded.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

The processing of a return can take up to 14 working days.
